Copyright and Licensing

License conditions: the authors retain their copyright, and grant the right to the editorial Board of the Journal to publish original scientific articles containing the results of experimental and theoretical research and are not under consideration for publication in other publications. All materials are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License International CC-BY, which allows others to publicize a scientific paper with attribution of authorship of this scientific paper and the first publication in this Journal.

If the article is accepted for publication in the Journal Archives of Criminology and Forensic Sciences, the author must sign copyright transfer agreement. The agreement is sent to the postal (original) or e-mail address (scanned copy) of the Editorial Office of the Journal.

COPYRIGHT TRANSFER AGREEMENT

 

We, the authors * of the manuscript of the article, ___________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________________

________________________________________________________________________________ if it is accepted for publication, we transfer the rights to the founders and editorial Board of the Journal Archives of Criminology and Forensic Sciences.

  1. Publication of this article in Ukrainian (English) and distribution of its printed version.
  2. Translation of the article in English (for articles in Ukrainian).
  3. Distribution of an electronic version of an article, as well as an electronic version of the article translation in English (for articles in Ukrainian), via any electronic means (placement on the official website of the journal, in electronic databases, repositories, and so on).

 

At the same time, without Editorial Board and founders consent, we reserve the right:

  1. Use the materials of the article in whole or in part for educational purposes.
  2. Use the materials of the article in full or in part for writing your own dissertations.
  3. Use the article materials for preparing abstracts, conference reports, and oral presentations.
  4. Post electronic copies of the article (including the final electronic version downloaded from the official website of the Journal) on:
  5. a) personal web resources of all authors (web sites, web pages, blogs, etc.);
  6. b) web resources of institutions where authors work (including electronic institutional repositories);
  7. C) non-commercial open access web resources (for example, arXiv.org).

In all cases, the presence of a bibliographic link to the article or a link to its electronic copy on the official website of the Journal is obligatory.

 

By this agreement, we also certify that the manuscript submitted

  1. does not violate the copyright of other persons or organizations.
  2. Has not been published previously in other publishing offices and has not been submitted for publication in other publications.

By this Agreement, the author certifies that the material has been submitted:

- distribution of the electronic version of the article, as well as the electronic version of the English translation of the article (for articles in Ukrainian and Russian), via any electronic means (publication on the official website of the Journal, in electronic databases, repositories, etc.).

The author reserves the right without the consent of the editorial Board and founders:
