Corruption, which has developed on a massive, latent scale in Ukraine, is one of the key threats to national security during the war period. In connection with the fact that corruption permeates all spheres of life in a society, the process of European and world integration of Ukraine is affected. The process of finishing will be important and time-consuming. Regardless of those that have been fragmented and promoted into law-based practices of low-level anti-corruption nature, the organizational mechanism of the fight against corruption, Ukraine, according to Transparency International, sits 105th place with 180 countries in the corruption rating for 2024. In addition, the ongoing criminal activities of corrupt officials indicate the lack of effectiveness of the existing anti-corruption mechanisms, and therefore the search for new possible options and effective ways to combat corruption should be prioritized in criminal jurisprudence. The financial statement shows that the obviousness of the strategy and programs to combat or combat corruption is of no importance, as is the daily will of the country's high government to minimize this. It is clear that the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine, who are responsible for fighting against evil, follow the principle of "friend or foe". The principles of the rule of law and the fairness of everyone before the law are not only declared, but also established in practice. In addition, there is a pressing need to strengthen the capabilities of NABU in the field of carrying out examinations, audits, and ordering of other expert installations and other subdivisions. It is necessary to ensure that NABU is able to directly contact law enforcement agencies of foreign countries and international institutions whenever legal assistance is required.
