Criminal Characteristic of Stealing in the Sphere of Road Services

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to identify the structure of the criminalistic characteristics of robbery in the field of road construction work and to reveal the basis of its main elements. It is established that theft from the designated sphere is complex and carried out primarily through formally legitimate financial-state procedures, making their identification and proof extremely difficult. Particular attention is paid to the specificity of the method of committing such criminal offenses, such as documentary falsification and technological destruction under the hour of conquest, as well as the situation of their perpetration in the minds of the military camp, which is characterized by simplified control procedures, advanced terminology of infrastructure projects, and increased risks of fraud. The peculiarity of the individual of the evildoer, the subject of the encroachment, and the trace picture, which has an important documentary-digital nature, has been identified. It has been proven that the effectiveness of the investigation of theft in the field of traffic police is determined not by the completeness of the criminalistic characteristics, but by the ability to adapt these elements to the specific minds of the crime offenses, ensuring the safe formation of rounded investigative versions and related algorithms for investigative (sound) and procedural actions.
