Clssification of means of neutralizing counteraction committed in the course of investigation of selfishly violent crimes
Abstract
The article systematizes and classifies the typical forms of counteraction to the investigation of mercenary-violent crimes, as well as the means used to neutralize them, based on the results of the analysis of scientific literature. The forms of counteracting the investigation of selfishly violent crimes are classified according to the following criteria: 1) the direction of the actions of the subject who is counteracting; 2) the stage of the investigation at which the counter-action is made; 3) the nature of the impact on the object of counteraction; 4) the status of the subject who is counteracting; 5) the number of subjects who are counteracting and the nature of the relationship between them; 6) the complexity of the actions taken to counteract; 7) the nature of the actions committed by the person, etc. The means of neutralizing counteraction to the investigation of selfishly violent crimes are grouped on the basis of such classification criteria as: procedural regulation; legal nature of the phenomenon; by the entity authorized to implement; by the procedural nature of the implemented means; depending on the use of tactical techniques and scientific and technical means, etc.
